INGREDIENTS

nasturtium flower petals |
| 1 |
tablespoon
freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 2 |
sticks
butter, cut into large pieces and softened |

METHOD
|
|
In
a food processor, puree flowers and lemon juice. Add the butter
and continue to process until well-combined and smooth. Place in
a serving dish and garnish with a nasturtium. Keep refrigerated
until ready to use.
