Recipe: Nasturtium Butter

Servings: 2 cups

Nasturtium Butter

Creamy and colorful, this easy butter is a great addition to morning breads as well as crackers. You may also substitute cream cheese for the butter, reducing to 8 ounces.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup nasturtium flower petals
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 sticks butter, cut into large pieces and softened

METHOD

In a food processor, puree flowers and lemon juice. Add the butter and continue to process until well-combined and smooth. Place in a serving dish and garnish with a nasturtium. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
