Preheat
oven to 400°.
Remove
the pizza dough from the package and cut the dough into 3/4-inch-thick
slices with a sharp knife. Flour a surface and, using a rolling
pin, roll each dough slice into a 4-inch- diameter circle; set aside.
In
a small bowl, whisk the softened butter with the herbs, lemon peel,
lemon juice and olives; set aside. Place the pizza circles about
1/2 inch apart on a baking sheet coated with DuPont SilverStone®
non-stick. Brush each circle with the butter mixture. Add a slice
of tomato over the herbal butter, followed by a few slices of mushroom
and the sun-dried tomatoes.
Place a slice of goat cheese over the top and finish with a half
of green olive. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is
melted. Serve garnished with basil leaves or oregano sprigs.
