Serve this as a beverage or a cold soup. Cantaloupe-colored, the bisque
may be served with oyster crackers as a soup and with cheese as a
beverage.

Snipped fresh chives and green onion for garnish
METHOD
In
a large serving bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the
sour cream and chives. Chill for at least 2 hours. Just prior to
serving, blend in the sour cream, sprinkle with chives and add a
green onion as a stirrer.
