Tea
  1. Fill the tea kettle with cold tap water and boil on the stove over high heat.

  2. Warm the small teapot(s) by filling with hot water before using.

  3. Choose a tea of good quality.

  4. Fill the tea ball or infuser loosely with tea leaves, allowing 1 teaspoon for each cup of water and 1 teaspoon for the pot.

  5. Add the tea ball or infuser to the tea pot and pour in boiling water.

  6. Allow tea to steep about 5 minutes.

  7. Pour tea into a cup, passing it through a tea strainer to catch loose tea leaves.
