Combine
the half-and-half, liqueur, and sugar in a small, saucepan coated
with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick. Cook over low heat, stirring
frequently, until scalded (do not boil). Combine with the espresso
in a blender and process for a few seconds. Pour into an insulated
thermos.
(Note: Don't own an espresso maker? Buy espresso
at your local café or just make your regular coffee very
strong and concentrated.)
