Smoked Salmon Pizza Smoked Salmon Pizza  

A recipe such as this one turns you into an instant gourmet. Experiment with the toppings, such as adding capers and/or finely chopped pimiento.
 
 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 (10-inch) pre-made pizza crust
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (1/2 tablespoon dried), plus more for garnishing
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
6 slices thinly smoked salmon
  Cracked black pepper
  Lemon wedges
 



METHOD

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick and bake according to package directions. Blend together the cream cheese, onion, dill, lemon, and horseradish. Season with pepper. Spread cheese on the pizza, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with the salmon. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges. Slice and serve.
