Sundried
Tomato Pâté

Put out the water crackers or the sourdough bread to serve this delicious
pâté.
You will need to begin preparation of the pâté about
four hours ahead of serving time. |

INGREDIENTS

cup sundried tomatoes, packed in oil |

ounces cream cheese |
| 1/4 |
cup
(1/2 stick) butter |
| 1/2 |
cup
grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 |
clove garlic |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon oregano |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon
rosemary |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon
basil |

METHOD
|
|
Combine
all ingredients in a food processor. Blend well, frequently pausing
to scrape the sides. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
