Sundried Tomato Pâté
Makes: 1 1/2 cups Prep: 6 minutes
 
Sundried Tomato Pate Sundried Tomato Pate

Put out the water crackers or the sourdough bread to serve this delicious pâté
. You will need to begin preparation of the pâté about four hours ahead of serving time.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, packed in oil
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon basil
 



METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend well, frequently pausing to scrape the sides. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
