Yogurt Parfait
Serving: 1 Prep: 2 minutes per serving 
 
Yogurt Parfait Yogurt Parfait
Serve this at the beginning of a special breakfast or as a complete morning meal on the go. The parfaits look great on the table and always get rave reviews.

 

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons quality granola mix
3 tablespoons fruit yogurt
  Assortment of fresh fruit
  Mint for garnish
 



METHOD

Using a tall parfait or pilsner glass, layer the glass with granola, then yogurt, then fruit. Repeat until the glass is full. End with fresh fruit at the top and a sprig of mint.
