Spread
mustard on 4 of the bread slices. Top each with 1/4 of the cheese.
Divide the artichoke hearts among the 4 slices and do the same with
a layer of the roasted pepper. Add the top slice to complete the
sandwich.
Heat
a grilling pan coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick. Place
the sandwiches in the pan and cook about 3 minutes per side until
golden brown.
