Maple-Glazed Ham Rolls Maple-Glazed Ham Rolls

These hearty, robust, mini meat-loaves bring to mind classic country suppers.

INGREDIENTS

Rolls:
2 1/2 pounds ground ham
1 pound ground veal
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
3 cups crushed graham crackers
2 cups evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Sauce:
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans tomato soup
2 teaspoons dry mustard
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 1/4 cups brown sugar

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and form the mixture into small loaf shapes, using about 3/4 cup per loaf. Place into a large baking dish coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick.

In a mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the rolls and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the meat is cooked through, basting with pan juices after 15 minutes.
